Forging
Precision drop-hammer forging with D-2 steel dies, shaping each instrument to exact profile.
CNC machining
CNC milling & EDM wire systems achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.05 mm.
Heat treatment
Hardened in a vacuum furnace (imported from England) to correct metallurgical composition.
Electro-polishing
200+ technicians apply mirror-grade finish using imported chemicals for flawless surface.
Passivation
Passivated for 24 hours using premium chemicals — rust-free for entire clinical life.
Coating (optional)
