Where It All Began
Warsi Surgical Industries was founded as a family business with a single, clear purpose: to manufacture surgical instruments that medical professionals could trust with confidence. Starting from Sialkot — Pakistan’s globally recognized hub for surgical instrument manufacturing — we built our company on a foundation of hands-on craftsmanship, rigorous quality control, and a deep sense of responsibility to the medical community we serve.
Over the past three decades, we have grown from a small family workshop into a full-scale manufacturing facility equipped with CNC machines, vacuum furnace heat treatment technology, in-house testing laboratories, and a dedicated team of engineers, craftsmen, and quality specialists. Raw Material Sourcing
Premium stainless steel imported from Japan and France. Every batch is lab-tested for composition and hardness before production begins.

Forging
Precision drop-hammer forging using D-2 steel dies — shaping each instrument to its correct profile under expert hands.

CNC Machining
CNC milling, turning, and EDM wire systems achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.05 mm for exact surgical performance.

Heat Treatment
Each instrument is hardened in a vacuum furnace (imported from England) to the correct metallurgical composition for surgical use.

Electro-Polishing
200+ trained technicians apply mirror-grade electro-polishing using imported chemicals for a flawless medical-grade surface finish.

Passivation
Every instrument is passivated for 24 hours using premium imported chemicals — guaranteed rust-free for its entire clinical life.

Gold plating, powder coating, and autoclave-safe sterilization coatings available on request. All materials sourced from Europe.
